Terms of Service

1. Who We Are and Acceptance
3STF Tools is operated by Fateh Raiyan Ishmum ("3STF," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, free tools, premium tools, accounts, or credit-based services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
3STF provides browser-based utilities and optional premium creative tools. Free tools generally process inputs locally in your browser unless a tool clearly says otherwise. Premium tools may send the information needed to provide a requested result to our infrastructure and service providers. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued as the Service develops.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to purchase premium services. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
4. Purchases, Paddle, and Credits
Premium access is sold as prepaid credit packs at the price and quantity shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically unless a future product is explicitly labeled as a subscription before purchase.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle handles payment details, applicable sales tax, receipts, and payment-related support. 3STF does not receive or store your complete card details.
Each premium tool displays its credit cost before use. Credits are deducted only for the applicable premium operation, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, resold, or used outside 3STF. Purchased credits do not expire under normal operation. We may correct balances resulting from errors, reversed payments, refunds, fraud, or abuse.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to:
- Create, upload, request, or distribute illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
- Create sexual or exploitative content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor.
- Generate or manipulate the likeness of a real person without their explicit permission, including face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading depictions of celebrities or public figures.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or imitate a living artist in a way that violates applicable rights.
- Mislead others about whether content is authentic or human-created where disclosure is required.
- Probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security, moderation, rate limits, credit controls, or access restrictions.
- Resell access, automate bulk generation without permission, or use the Service for fraud, spam, malware, or unauthorized surveillance.
We may block prompts, remove content, suspend accounts, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or comply with law.
6. Your Inputs and Generated Outputs
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant 3STF and its service providers a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested Service. You confirm that you have all permissions needed for your inputs and use of the outputs.
As between you and 3STF, and to the extent allowed by law, 3STF does not claim ownership of your generated outputs. AI outputs may not be unique, may resemble outputs generated for others, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every country. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them commercially.
Hosted picker links are unlisted, not access-controlled. Anyone with the link can view the picker content until it expires, so you must not publish confidential, personal, illegal, or rights-infringing choice labels.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. A credit pack is eligible for our voluntary unused-pack refund only when no credit from that specific transaction has been used. Once any credit is used, the pack is not voluntarily refundable. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, not paid directly by 3STF, and remaining credits tied to a refunded or disputed transaction are revoked.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is processed by free tools, accounts, payments, premium tools, hosting, and analytics.
9. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every result will meet your expectations. We may change models, providers, credit costs, limits, or features. Any new price or credit cost applies only after it is clearly displayed; it will not retroactively change a completed purchase.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 3STF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability relating to a paid claim will not exceed the amount you paid to 3STF through Paddle during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, payment reversal, security risk, unlawful activity, or conduct that harms users, 3STF, Paddle, or our providers. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. The updated date will appear above. If a material change affects paid users, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
