Refund Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to one-time purchases of 3STF premium credit packs. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for these purchases. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Except where required by law or expressly described below, completed digital credit purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Unused credit packs: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if none of the purchased credits from that specific transaction have been used. Requests remain subject to Paddle's review and applicable law.
  • Technical failure or non-delivery: If a purchase is not credited to your account, or the paid service is materially faulty or unavailable, contact us so we can provide the service, restore the affected credits, or arrange an appropriate full or partial refund. A failed generation should not consume a credit; restoring that credit is the normal remedy when the rest of the purchased pack remains usable.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charge: We will work with Paddle to correct confirmed duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts.
  • Used credit packs: As soon as any credit from a specific pack has been used, that pack is not eligible for a voluntary refund. AI results are inherently variable, so subjective dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered output is not grounds for a refund. This rule does not override mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service.

Credits are digital content supplied for immediate use. Where required and permitted by local law, checkout will request consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that applicable withdrawal rights may be lost once the digital content is used. We retain transaction and credit-use records to evaluate requests.

3. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by:

  • Using the receipt or purchase-management link in Paddle's transaction email.
  • Visiting Paddle Buyer Support and selecting the refund option.
  • Emailing hello@3stf.com with your Paddle transaction ID and a short explanation.

Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials to 3STF.

4. What Happens After Approval

Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. All remaining credits tied to the refunded transaction are revoked, and access associated with a fully refunded purchase may end. Bank processing time varies by payment method and financial institution.

5. Fraud and Abuse

A refund, payment reversal, chargeback, or pre-chargeback alert causes the remaining credits from that transaction to be frozen or revoked. Premium access may be temporarily restricted while a dispute is reviewed. Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated manipulation of credit balances, violation of our Terms of Service, or other deceptive behavior, except where a refund is required by law.

6. Paddle's Buyer Rights

Purchases are additionally covered by Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. If Paddle's rules or mandatory consumer law provide greater protection, that protection applies.
